Built in 1893, our beautiful Victorian house was the home of Allen Percy Green, the owner/operator of the Green Refractory, a world renowned fire-brick manufacturer.
Four guestrooms. Guests are served a full, hot breakfast. Our ample common areas total more than 5,000 square-feet. The beautiful grounds cover half an acre. We enjoy a 99.7% customer satisfaction rate.
A multitude of indoor and outdoor activities are available in the area. The National Churchill Museum in Fulton is a 30-minute drive; the Missouri State Capitol in Jefferson City is 50 minutes away.

On the shore of Table Rock Lake, in a wooded lakeside atmosphere. Our four modern guestrooms feature: two-person jetted tubs; king or queen luxury beds and linens; private baths; private entrances; private deck or balcony; electric fireplaces; cable TV with DVD; and Wi-Fi. In addition to a full breakfast, the inn provides free soft drinks and snacks. Breakfast is served in the dining area or on the screened porch overlooking the lake.
We also have two private cottages, not part of the bed and breakfast, with remarkable views of Table Rock Lake. Breakfast is not included with the cottages.

Berger Guesthouse has been totally renovated by Master Carpenter Phil Manne. The two newly renovated suites have their own private kitchens and baths and original hardwood floors. Both suites are exquisitely, but sparsely decorated with images taken on the farm by owner and photographer Margie Manne. In 1942 the caretaker built an addition on the guesthouse made solely out of ammunition boxes. The Mannes have preserved this fabulous piece of history just for you.
Castleview is located next to Ha Ha Tonka State Park at the Lake of the Ozarks. Castleview has four guests rooms with private baths. Common areas include the living room, dining room and breakfast room. A large deck with hot tub at the back of the house looks out to the lake.
